“Point-of-View: Herbert Hoover Boys and Girl’s Club
and Oasis" now on view in PPRC's Photo Gallery
Working with PPRC Photography Project instructor Ron Laboray, a
group of children (10-12 years old) from Herbert Hoover Boys and
Girls Club met every Saturday over a 9-week period to learn about
photography. Volunteers from OASIS, a national nonprofit organization
that works with older adults, assisted with instruction. The outcome
of this collaborative partnership is the photo exhibit, Point-of-View:
Herbert Hoover Boys and Girl’s Club. The images will be on
display in the PPRC Photography Gallery on UMSL's campus and also
at the Herbert Hoover Boys and Girls Club through June 30.
