The 2007 Missouri Job Vacancy Survey was aimed at finding employer demand through vacant job results for ten regions in the state, including outlying counties in the Kansas City and St. Louis regions. The results in the following reports measure salary, benefits & incentives offered; education, experience & skills required; competencies important to fill vacancies; and shortcomings of applicants.
